Terms and Conditions

 

 

In order to buy our products you must be 18 years old or over.

 

All prices (if quoted) are net, excluding V.A.T. Shipping and handling unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing payment is due at invoice date.

 

Shipping

Goods will not be dispatched until payments have cleared. Shipping shall take place via post or delivery service at the companies discretion and at the recipients risk.

 

The delivery period given will not be legally binding, we reserve the right to extend the quoted delivery period if circumstances beyond our control dictate this. If the delivery period is extended by over two months, the customer may annul the contract.

 

Acceptance

The customer agrees to be available to accept delivery of their order, if the goods have not been delivered for 2 weeks after the initial delivery attempt, the customer shall be liable for the full invoice amount.

 

Right of Ownership

We retain ownership of goods until payment has cleared.

 

Errors and Omissions

Errors and omissions excepted. Changes may be made without prior notification.

 

Privacy policy

When you place your order, it is necessary to collect certain data from you (name address email address etc.) Course2Learndoes not share this data with third parties and details such as credit card numbers are not retained.

Late Payments

Interest will be charged for late payments at a rate of 5% per week (Credit Cards 6% extra)
